The organization didn’t have a proper organizational structure and therefore was facing a problem with coordination, evaluating, and monitoring its performance as it did not have a proper tracking and measurement system in place. Strategic goal setting was also a challenge as the objectives were not clearly defined and there was a lack of follow-up to ensure these achievements. Regular organizational activity and progress reports were not in place, making it difficult to track the success of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
We worked closely with Office Lines management to transform the organizational structure, set strategic objectives and modify strategic planning, identify key performance indicators, and set measurable goals for the organization and created regular check-ins and progress reports to track the success of our interventions and make adjustments as needed to ensure continued improvement.
This collaborative effort aimed to ensure that the client could effectively configure and govern its organizational system, monitor and evaluate its performance, track its progress, and continuously make improvements to reach its goals. By taking these steps, the organization was able to identify and overcome its organizational problems, leading to improved performance and long-term success.
