Despite the successful, experienced, and award winner staff, the “Yeni Yol” Public Union was struggling with agile project management functionality issues, such as an absence of clear understanding of agility, weak project execution activity and planning, weak communication and subordination among team members, and poor allocation of resources.
The consultants’ team of Jafar&Co. conducted a comprehensive analysis of customers’ current project management practices and afterward developed a guide that included clear goals and objectives. Next, we helped them identify the necessary resources and ensure that everyone aligned with the purpose and objectives, updated the team hierarchy with roles and responsibilities, and strategies for effective communication and collaboration among team members. Furthermore, we supported them in establishing the agile framework that will guide the project management process, which includes selecting the Agile methodology, defining the project lifecycle, creating the necessary documentation, and setting up the required specialized toolset to manage tasks, track progress, and support the Agile project management function.
After project monitoring clearly defined goals, objectives, and a well-structured team hierarchy, the NGO’s projects run more efficiently and effectively. With a more structured and efficient project management plan, the project team of the organization started to deliver better project outcomes. The NGO’s ability to complete its projects within budget and on time was boosted with better quality and resource allocation.
