In the framework of the cooperation with EKVITA LLC on BP, SMEDA and other partners organized development program, we were invited as local consultants to support regional SMEs’ on financial and management maturity development.
The marketing company providing services to SMEs had problems with business processes, which led to disorganization, lack of efficiency, and lower productivity.
Our company offered a customized solution to this problem by providing a comprehensive market research study, which helped the client stay ahead of the curve. Our team of experts employed a range of research methods and tools to gain insights into consumer behavior and market trends. With this data in hand, we were able to identify actionable strategies to implement and thrive.
Despite the successful, experienced, and award winner staff, the "Yeni Yol" Public Union was struggling with agile project management functionality issues, such as an absence of clear understanding of agility, weak project execution activity and planning, weak communication and subordination among team members, and poor allocation of resources.
When we started working with Office Lines, we identified that their lack of proper organizational structure was not only causing coordination problems but was also affecting their overall performance. We started by conducting a comprehensive analysis of their existing structure and identified the areas that needed improvement. We then collaborated with the management team to create a new and effective organizational structure that aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
