A Project to design an organizational finance function for one of the country’s leading post-courier and logistics companies.
After processing observations and collecting the required data, our experts assessed the current state of the financial maturity level of the client and conducted a gap analysis. Based on the findings after identifying gaps and areas for improvement in the key existing finance-related processes, provided the future state for the finance function, designed and integrated procedures, developed a chart of accounts and a unique list of GL accounts, crafted accounting policy and tax manual, and put customized recommendations on internal software to improve financial operations and automatization.
Implementing the new function with its integrated processes and software solutions was done in a phased approach. Afterward, practical training conducted by our trainers helped employees adapt to the new system.
