The Jafar&Co. was brought in to assess Guenolla LLC’s organizational maturity and identify areas for improvement as they had been struggling with poor corporate governance and communication and a lack of policies within the organization. We found that the company had a weak structure with a lack of defined roles and responsibilities. Additionally, major business function integrations were absent.
